⇒ tan 5° x tan 30° x 4 tan 85°


As,


tan (90 – θ) = cot θ


Therefore,


⇒ tan (90 – 85) x tan 30° x 4 tan 85°


⇒ cot 85° × tan 85° × 4 × tan 30°


⇒ 1/tan 85 × tan 85° × 4 × tan 30°


As we know,


tan 30° = 1/√3


⇒ 4 × tan 30°


⇒ 4 × (1/√3) = 4/√3
