(taking LCM 6 in both sides and adding)



Multiplying both sides by 6



⇒ 12t + 5 = 6t + 7


⇒ 12t-6t = 7-5 (transposing 6t to LHS and 5 to RHS)


⇒ 6t = 2


⇒ t = 2/6


⇒ t = 1/3


⇒ Hence value of t is .
