If the sum of n terms of an AP is , then write its nth term.

Here, Sn=2n2+3n


So, S1=2+3=5=t1


And S2=2×22+3×2


=8+6=14


So, t2=S2-S1


=14-5


=9


Now, common difference of A.P. is given by


d=t2-t1


=9-5


=4


So, nth term of A.P. is


an=t1+(n-1)d


=5+(n-1)4


=5+4n-4


=4n+1
