The principles of democracy are consulting prior to taking a decision, the elected representative must be the head, people are the soul of democracy.

We can apply democracy in many spheres of life:

1. When there is a small group, then people can consult each other before drawing any decision. Example Gram Sabha, where the villagers themselves are the representatives.

2. True Democracy can be achieved when nobody goes hungry, the principles of democracy can be applied to remove starvation from the country.

3. Right to information is a part of democracy, where any person can seek information from the government or any organization.
