Mention the causes of chromosomal disorders in humans. How do these disorders occur?

Often non disjunction of chromosome leads to chromosomal disorders in human beings. During non-disjunction, pairs of homologous chromosomes fail to separate. It can be in the form of absence of chromosome, an abnormal arrangement or chromosome or even excess chromosome that can cause chromosomal aberrations.
