Explain the interrelationship between organic farming and bio fertilizers,with the help of any three suitable examples.

organic farming is a method in which there use of organic products such as crop residues , animal manures , green manure and excluding pesticide and other synthetically fertilizer

Bio fertilizers is a method when a live microbial is applied to seed, root or soil and promotes growth and development


Also called microbial inoculant


Both avoid synthetic fertilizers and increases the efficiency and availability


a) RHIZOBIA are of extreme agricultural value as they provide nitrogenfixing


They form mutual beneficial association, or symbiosis with legume plants


The plant supplies rhizobia with energy (in form of amino acid) and rhizobia fix nitrogen


b) MYCORRHIZA forms symbiotic relationships that form between fungi and plants


Fungi provide increased water and nutrient content and plant provides carbohydrates (formed from photosynthesis)


C) ZINC is soluble by microorganisms like B.substilis and now these microorganisms have high zinc content and can be used as bio fertilizers
