Diagonal of rectangle 61cm

∴ Length, Breadth, Diagonal forms a right angled triangle

With diagonal as hypotenuse

Base² + Height² = Hypotenuse²

Breadth² + Length² = Hypotenuse²

Breadth² + 60² = 61²

Breadth² = 61² – 60²

Breadth² = 3721 – 3600

Breadth² = 121

Breadth = √121 = 11cm

Perimeter = 2(length + breadth)

= 2(60 + 11)
