Given: Height = 8m


Base = 6m


Formula Used/Theory:-


⇒ Pythagoras theorem:-


Base2 + Height2 = Hypotenuse2


Hypotenuse is length of rope tied on top of pole to ground


(Length of rope)2 = 82 + 62


(Length of rope)2 = 64 + 36 = 100


Length of rope = √100


= 10cm


Result:- Length of rope is 10cm
