Give the name of the southern half of the eastern coastal strip of India?

The southern half of the eastern coast is known as the Coromandel Coast.

i. It starts from Utkal plains in the north and extends to Kaveri delta plains in the south.


ii. Its major portion lies in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.


iii. It also lies in the rain shadow region of Western Ghats.
