Justify the importance of the Silk Route for the Indian traders during the early years.

The silk route existed in China, Persia, Egypt, and Rome. The route connected India to great civilizations centuries ago. Therefore India had not been left isolated from the world even two thousand years ago. The Indian traders found the trade of their products easy through the silk route. Also, the traders from the different countries could reach the Indian traders for selling their products.
