= 12(2x – 3y)2 + 16(2x -3y)


= (2x – 3y) {12(2x – 3y) + 16}


= (2x – 3y)(24x – 36y + 16)


= 4(2x - 3y)(6x – 9y + 4)


So,


We get,


12(2x – 3y)2 – 16(3y – 2x) = 4(2x - 3y)(6x – 9y + 4)
