In ΔABC, AB = BC and ∠B = 64°. Find ∠C.


In Δ ABC since AB = BC ,so the triangle is isosceles


In an isosceles triangle the base angles are always equal


So ∠A = ∠C = x(Let’s assume)


Since sum of interior angles of a triangle is 1800


∠A + ∠B + ∠C = 1800


⇒ 2x = 1800-640 = 1160


⇒ x = 580


∠A = ∠C = 580
