∠ABD = ∠BAD = 500(Base angle of an isosceles triangle)


∠DAC = ∠DCA = x (Base angle of an isosceles triangle)


In Δ ABC


∠ABC + ∠ACB + ∠BAC = 1800(Sum of interior angles of a triangle)


500 + 500 + 2x = 1800


⇒ 2x = 800


⇒ x = 400
