Find the quadratic polynomial sum of whose zeroes in 8 and their product is 12. Hence find the zeroes fo the polynomial.

Given: Sum of zeroes = α + β = 8


Product of zeroes = αβ = 12


Then, the quadratic polynomial


= x2 – (sum of zeroes)x + product of zeroes


= x2 – (8)x + 12


= x2 – 8x + 12
