1. PULMONARY VEIN: The pulmonary vein transport oxygenated blood from the lungs to the heart.


Explanation: The pulmonary vein arises from each lung and carry the oxygenated blood and transport it to the left atrium of the heart.


2. PULMONARY ARTERY: The pulmonary artery carry the blood from the right ventricle of the heart to the lungs for oxygenation.


Explanation: These arises from the right side of the heart and carry deoxygenated blood from that side of the heart to the lungs for oxygenation.


3. VENA CAVA: The vena cava transports deoxygenated blood back towards the heart.


Explanation: Vena cava is a vein that carries the deoxygenated blood from the body to the right side (atrium) of the heart.


4. AORTA: The aorta transports oxygenated blood away from the heart.


Explanation: The aorta is the largest artery of the body. The left ventricle of the heart pumps the blood in the aorta and thus the aorta distributes the oxygenated blood to all the parts of the body.
