In a school, 35% of the students are girls, and the number of boys is 910. Find the number of girls in the school. Also, find the enrolment in the school?

Total number of students in the class = x


Or, total enrollment number of class = x


Number of boys in the class = 910


36% of students are girls, so the remaining % are boys


i.e., 65% are boys in the class


According to the question,





Number of Girls = Total Students – Number of boys


Number of Girls = 1400 – 910 = 490


So the total students in the class are 1400 in which 910 are boys, and 490 are girls.


Number of enrollment in the school = 1400
