A shopkeeper purchased a TV set for Rs. 900 and sold it at a loss of 5%. Find the selling price of the TV set?

Let SP of TV be x


CP of TV = Rs. 900


He sold TV at loss of 5%


So,



Loss = Rs. 45


Selling price = CP + loss


So,


Selling price = 900 + 45


Selling Price = Rs. 945
