In your opinion, which one of the following ideologies is better and why — the ideology followed by the Western alliance or that of the Eastern alliance ?

The Western Alliance followed the ideology which promoted liberal democracy and capitalism. The Eastern Alliance followed an ideology based on socialism and communism. As history has shown that socialism and communism are not successful in the long run, in my opinion, the ideology of the Western Alliance is better.
