We have, f(x) = 4x2 + 5 x – 3


Now, put f(x) = 0


4x2 + 5 x – 3 = 0


4x2 + x -√2x – 3 = 0


2√2x(√2x + 3) -1(√2x + 3) = 0


(2√2x -1) (√2x + 3) = 0



Hence, option C is correct.
