We know that the AP is in the form of a, a + d, a + 2d, a + 3d … a + (n – 1) d, a + nd …

⇒ AP = 6, 6 + 5, 6 + 2(5), 6 + 3(5) …

= 6, 11, 6 + 10, 6 + 15 …

= 6, 11, 16, 21 …

∴ The required A.P. is 6, 11, 16, 21 …

We know that the general form, t_n = a + (n – 1) d.

⇒ t_n = 6 + (n – 1) 5

= 6 + 5n – 5

= 5n + 1

∴ The required general term, t_n = 5n + 1
