Note: Cytoplasm of granular WBCs contains granules and nucleus with lobes whereas the cytoplasm of non granular WBC does not contain granules and consists of a single large nucleus.


(iv) Blood cells involved in leukemia is WBC (white blood cell).


Note: Leukemia is the cancer of the tissue forming WBS’s whose number increases manifold and is usually fatal.
