In the given figure, if ∠A = ∠C, then prove that Δ AOB ~ Δ COD

Given: ∠A = ∠C

To Prove: AOB ~COD


Let us take AOB andCOD


∠A = ∠C (given)


∠AOB = ∠COD (vertically opposite angles)


∴ AOB ~COD (by AA similarity criterion)
