Therefore,


3x – 20° = 2x + 10° [Crossponding angles]


⇒ 3x – 2x = 10° + 20°


⇒ x = 30°


(ii) x=25


Given l||m


Therefore,


(3x + 5)° + 4x° = 180°


⇒ 7x + 5° = 180°


⇒ 7x = 175°


⇒ x = 25°
