Construct a quadrilateral ABCD in which AB =BC= 6 cm, AD = DC = 4.5 cm and ∠B = 120°.

Step 1: Draw the side AB = 6 cm



Step 2: Draw = 120°



Step 3: Taking B as centre,draw an arc of radius 6cm on BX cutting BX at point C



Step 4: With C as centre and radius equal to 4.5cm draw an arc



Step 5: With A as centre and radius equal to 4.5cm draw another arc to cut down arc of step 4 at a point D



Step 6: Join DC and AD



ABCD is the required quadrilateral
